Brunch N Bible Study, Inc. is a women-centered nonprofit advancing spiritual, mental, and physical wellness for underserved women in Syracuse, NY through trauma-informed care, community connection, and food security initiatives.
Who We Serve
We serve women ages 18–45 who experience social, economic, and emotional barriers that impact their well-being. Many of the women we support are navigating chronic stress, trauma exposure, food insecurity, and limited access to culturally responsive mental health and wellness resources. Our programs are accessible, affirming, and designed to meet women where they are.
How We Serve
We create trauma-informed, community-based spaces where women feel safe, seen, and supported. Our approach integrates spiritual reflection, body-based wellness, and mental health education to promote healing and resilience.
Brunch N Bible Study, Inc. is a non-religious 501(c)(3) organization. No religious participation is required
for any program or service.
Our Services
We offer holistic, community-based programs that address immediate needs while building long-term wellness and food systems that address food insecurity.
